Not at all! That is a multiscan 480p and 1080i display and it is literally two TVs in one box with two separate calibrations. Your 480 inputs remain as they were!
With the HD Fury any digital video source will automatically switch from YPbPr to RGBHV due to the DVI input on the Fury. You only have one 1080i input so other sources are moot unless they don't have a digital video output in which case you are hosed for convenient switching back and forth between the two types of video.
What is it you think you are gaining by adding a Fury to your display?

You may be correct. Reading other forums and doing my own testing it looked like I would have to do more tweaking, including centering magnets, than I care to tackle right now.

How far over is it? If you put up a center cross pattern how far over left or right is it in inches?

HDMI compatibility. I use HDMI for HD audio and to simply connections.

Hmm... you are ringing some bells... if you use HDMI for audio it turns off the component outputs or limits them to 480p even with an HD disc?

I have read the posts and I think I am not the only one who is confused.
I have an overpriced Yamaha DPX-1 HD/DLP front projector.
My set is NOT HDCP compliant.
I have the following inputs:
DVI (RGB digital)
D-Sub
component input (taking signal from HD cable box)
composite video
Y/C video input
d-4 ( used for my Sony DVD player)
DOES ANYONE KNOW IF I CAN BENEFIT FROM THE HD FURY PRODUCT?

SXGA (compression), XGA (true), SVGA/VGA (expansion/true)
From their spec sheet. Does it have a VGA connector for a PC?
