I moved my PS3 from mt Mitsubishi (POS) upstairs to the basement. I unplugged the HDMI cable from my HDDTV reciever from the plasma in the basement, and plugged it into the PS3. All I got was a no signal from the TV. Totally confused . Put it back upstair's, and it worked fine. Re-connected the DTV reciever down and all was well. An Idea's?

Try connecting them with the power off, then turn on the TV followed by the PS3. It probably needs to renegotiate the handshake.
