I have a Toshiba 52HMX DLP tv, withing the last couple months the picture has started looking "funnky". Brighter colors, Really dark images, skin tones, all have the strange look...I'm not sure if this is what is referred to as "pixilated" or not, but it is driving me crazy. I know it's not the lamp since I just put a new one in. I have also noticed the picture flickering too.

It would be great if you could provide the last two digits of your model number...

I assume your problem is intermittent so the big question is can you reproduce these problems on demand using a DVD player or DVR?

Here's my info...

It's a Toshiba 52HMX95, the colors (especially brights, skin tones, and dark scenes) look awful. You can actually see the bright colors moving (like a bright red shirt will be very bright tinty red, and colors moving at the edges). It does appear on DVDs and DVR shows also. It's also starting to flicker ever so slightly with light flashes. Does this sound like the Light Engine?
