The most expedient route is to contact Runco and have it repaired by a Runco authorized service center. Trying to go outside of their service network will most likely lead to a waste of time that gets larger as you try to persevere.
You may be asking this because there is no one local or far more likely, the repair is very expensive. That is part and parcel of owning Runco product.
