Mitsubishi 73837 will not come on

Today my Mitsubishi wd73837 will not turn on. It tries to power up and sometimes shows the welcome screen, but then powers back off. I've checked the remotes to make sure there isn't any buttons stuck, and even replaced the remote to make sure. Anyone have any suggestions what the problem might be? I finally got it to come on today, but when I tried to turn it back on later in the day it will not come on.
I did have it plugged into a monster box. I plugged it in directly to the wall and still have the same issue.

Lucky for me Mitsubishi customer care is open on Saturday. They recommended that I try the v41+11_03 update. It cured my problem as of now. I'm a happy camper.
