US Digital: Will not receive FOX

The USdigital receivers have a software problem with Fox. We have been in contact with them and they will not respond. We have no idea what the problem is and since they won't talk to us we cannot resolve it. My recommendation is to take the receiver back and get a different one if you want to watch FOX.
