I want to replace the bulb of my Samsung HLS6166W. While watching movie when got a red light on the right corner. At once the screen got black and shuts down the Tv. I

On the front are lights and in your manual a diagram to help you trouble shoot what the problem is. Does it say you have a lamp error? If so replace it as that will be the first step no matter what may come after. Also doesn't hurt to have a spare ready for when the lamp does fail if that is not the fix...
