Six months old TV. It did not turn on this morning. When we tried, green light comes on and a beam sound heard, the screen started flackering.....and then shuts down.

Its a JVC HD-70FH97.Please let me know what to do?

Called JVC but could not get any clue what to do?

Any help would be appreciated.

Hope to have positive response and anxious about when I would be able to watch my Tv?

In your manual is a breakdown of what the lights mean... any chance it is saying you need a lamp? If not, time to call service.

If under warranty call JVC for your nearest service center.

It sounds like having lamp or ballast problem.

as ballast make the connections. Its useless to call JVC. nothing would happen. Go for a Tech person and try to diagnose the problem.
