The Vivitek H1080FD is a high-performance, digital projector that fits into any home theater-based environment. It will be available through authorized retailers and key e-tailers for an MSRP of $999 in August 2009.

The Vivitek H1080FD home theater projector features native 1080p (1920x1080) resolution, 1800 lumens of brightness and a contrast ratio of 5000:1. It is designed for high-impact picture quality, and is unmatched in functionality and performance in this price category.

With 3000 hours of lamp life (standard) and noise level of 29dB, the Vivitek H1080FD is an ideal home theater projector for the mass consumer. Pricing/Availability/Warranty

The H1080FD home theater projector will be available in August 2009 through authorized Vivitek retailers, dealers and distributors. The H1080FD has an MSRP of $999. The projector carries a one (1)-year limited warranty on parts and labor and a 90-day lamp warranty.
