Panasonic, an industry leader and pioneer in the development of emerging video technology, announced today pricing and availability of its first-ever line of Streaming Media Players which were unveiled last month at the 2013 International Consumer Electronics Show. The line-up features two models -- the DMP-MST60 and the DMP-MS10 featuring VIERA Connect and IP VOD respectively.

Panasonic, a major developer and contributor to the success of the Blu-ray format, announced today pricing and availability of it 2013 Blu-ray Disc Player lineup which was unveiled last month at the 2013 International Consumer Electronics Show. The line-up features two new Full HD 3D models (DMP-BDT330 and DMP-BDT230) and two 2D Blu-ray Disc Players (DMP-BD89 and DMP-BD79) as well as continuations of two successful Full HD 3D 2012 models (DMP-BDT500 and DMP-BBT01).

Cox Communications brings Masters Golf Tournament to customers in 3D on ESPN 3D

In partnership with ESPN 3D, Cox Communications announced today that Cox Advanced TV Plus customers in Virginia will have the option to view coverage of the Masters Golf Tournament on April 11-14, 2013 on the new ESPN 3D channel 896.

Sony Announces Price And Availability Of Its New XBR 4K Ultra HD LED TVs

FMP-X1Sony Electronics is announcing prices and availability for its new 4K Ultra High Definition TV sets unveiled at CES in January. The new XBR-55X900A (55-inch) and XBR-65X900A (65-inch) 4K Ultra HD LED TVs will cost $4,999 and $6,999 respectively and are available for order online and at retail beginning April 21, 2013.

Sony is also announcing its 4K Media Player, the FMP-X1, and video distribution service – both industry firsts.
