Is there a class action lawsuit out there over this debacle?

A dealer I work with did not contact me and was caught with his 1080P
pants down on an new LG 55LP1M LCD flat for the 2006-2007 model year.

No where in LGs on line info does it state what it will or will not
accept yet plasters HDTV in 1080P all over the site and all over the box
it comes in.

This $10,000 display was special order and the distributor refuses to
take it back due to that and even if they would there would be a 25%
restocking fee.

I suggested taking on LG instead (to issue a no charge return with the
distributor) with the states attorney general office for fruadulent
advertising and marketing.

Any input appreciated.
