1080p video camera

----- HDTV Magazine Tips List -----

Any recommendation on a 1080p video camera? Sony's site all says "full
HD 1920x1080", then you look at the physical product and the sticker
says 1080i. I see Panasonic makes one.

I'd prefer Sony if possible...

yes but i want it for less than $1000 and record to hard drive :)

someday... ;)

I have not tracked native 1080p camcorder pricing over the years.
Checking the Rodolfo Report over the years may help form a conclusion of
how much longer it will take to reach your price point.
