A&E has a difficult web site.

www.aetv.org
At the top, orange bar, click on A&E Club
join
At the very bottom of the page, select "Discussions"
The poll will be at the bottom of the Discussions page, on
the far right.

Thanks Robert,

Here's a URL that should work for everyone ... note that you will have to
register and login to vote:
http://boards.aetv.com/poll.jspa?pollID=700000024

Enjoy,

Difficult is the word!

The first time I tried to join, the confirmation email (that you have
to respond to) never reached me. I had to have it re-sent twice (once
last night, once tonight when it finally worked).

So I confirm my membership and log in - everything's fine. I go to
Discussions and find the poll. I try to vote. It asks me to log in
*again*, and then rejects my login. I go through this again several
more times. Now I notice that when I log in to the Club, the page
knows who I am, but when I go to Discussions I'm greeted as "Guest" -
apparently it's losing my login, and the two places where I'm asked
to log in seem to be working off of different data. Anyone know
what's going on?

Your login and username are different. At the discussions page it wants your
username.

The registration screen for "A&E Club" does not ask for a user name
(it does ask for first and last names as part of contact info). There
is a registration screen in Discussions that does. The only way I was
able to log in to Discussions was to register again using *their*
registration screen. Odd setup!

They have two different sets of logins ... one is for the "Club", the other
for the "Discussions". I registered for both, but you may just be able to
register for "Discussions" and skip the "Club" membership.
