Converter Prototypes Demonstrated on Capitol Hill

Has anyone seen the actual request for proposal for these boxes? I'd like
to know what the FCC asked for. For example, I assume that these boxes
output 480i only through RF channel 3/4, plus composite video and maybe
S-video. I also assume stereo analog sound. I also assume you get IR
remote control, and maybe even an integrated (STB + TV) remote.

One more on a DTV box. if you have any old Analog
portable TVs etc that may use OTA this will be usefull
or maindatory, one kind or another, I suppose EQ
