d-vhs and non-hdcp compliant monitors

I have two displays, one HDCP compliant one that is not. D-Theater tapes
will not play on the non compliant display. Regular HD DVHS tapes will play

fine on the non HDCP display. Everything plays fine on the HDCP compliant
display.
