Shane, I think the magazine's e-mail system
was affected. I didn't receive today's e-mail
issue of the Daily Program Guide. It was
when I went to the magazine's website in my Favorites to see what might be the problem that I found it "missing."

Anyway, I know you're going to do your best to get things up and running again as
soon as possible.

As some of you may have noticed, we are currently off-line. Yesterday at
about 11:00am Eastern, we experienced a severe server crash from which
we are just now recovering. And to add insult to injury, our latest data
backup is 3 weeks old.

We expect to be up and running at some point this weekend, but I wanted
to get the word out in case any of you were wondering what was going on.

Our email (and tips list) system is on a different server, and is
unaffected.

Those emails are sent from the web server, so yes ... the daily emails
were most definitely affected. By "email system", I actually meant to
convey that the Tips List was functional, as were the mailboxes for Dale
and myself.
