----- HDTV Magazine Tips List -----

A few days ago I sent an email to JVC and inquired about their new model
HD-70FH96 as to whether or not it would be able to accept 1080p. I spelled
it out in detail as to what I really wanted to know and they responded as
follows. It's obvious they do not have a clue. Just thought it was
interesting.

Unfortunately JVC does not seem to understand the

Hugh,

Could it be possible that a better question would be "does your TV accept
and display native 1080p without the internal scaler reprocessing the
original signal?

Just a thought. :)

Oh, I asked the right question when I wrote to them, they just didn't bother
to take it to someone who could properly answer the question.
