Has anyone been able to get a working resolution via VGA above
640 x 480p on a Mitsubishi V19 chassis?

Please disregard my very last post which was a reply to what you said about
the use of a breakout cable.

Anthony,

I seem to recall that there are two or more options for configuring the
RGBHV input on the Mits. If a computer format is selected, I think you're
limited to VGA. There should also be an option to select 1080i over that
input

There is a VGA input (an actual VGA connector) that supports 640x480
VGA only.

The component (3-wire RCA) HD input can be configured as either
Component or RGB (3-wire) and supports 480i, 480p, or 1080i.

I'm not sure about using a breakout cable from a VGA source to feed
the 3-wire input at RGB, I guess that would depend if the sync is
solely on the HV (which wouldn't work) or is also embedded in green
which probably would work.

check the manual... The V19 and V21 both support RGB and RGBHV.

Thanks
