PS3 and 24 frames

Ya know, I should have suggested you corner Sony and the PS3 on this 24
frame issue... that is another PROMISED feature but can't say that came
from an official press release...

I hope someone can porve it is official...

For what it's worth, following thread begins with quote from an article in
PC Watch that includes input from the Sony PS3 development team. They said
that the PS3 will support 1080p/24. I've read on at least one AVS thread
where someone "claims" the capability will be included with the expected
March firmware update (concurrent with European release of the PS3).
