My apologies for this additional message. Actually, I had only three
issues initially but then I added a fourth but I didn't change the
subject. I should have mentioned one additional thing. Just in case one
of you knows where I can get an XBox 360 Premium system please e-mail me
directly at [email protected] as I only received the condensed version
of the Tips list so I wouldn't normally see your response until tomorrow
which may be too late. <G>

Thanks,
Tom

Folks,
The new sony Qualia 46" LCD set is a direct view, looks great, was slated
for introduction in January 2005, june 2005, july 2005 and is finally here.

It uses red, green and blue LEDs inside to create the light the result is
claimed to exceed the NTSC colorimetry. The light source can create
tremendous quantities of light, I've seen it with just the diffuser on it in
a demo and it is the brightest light source I've seen for an LCD display.
I'm sure it will still need calibration but it's a great start. The 13K
price tag is going to be a hurdle to clear.

Cheers,
Joe Hart

Speaking of Qualia, is there any truth to the rumor that Sony has dropped
the Qualia line? 13k is ridiculous for a 46" LCD in my opinion. Bad
enough for a 70", Qualia 006.

Hugh, I've read that they will not develop any more models for the Qualia
line.
