Euro 2004 is on INHD

        This Week in HD Sports (TWiHDSports) is seeing many Soccer Games, many Major League Baseball games, some Saturday night Boxing and good old American Autoracing for your 4th of July Weekend. Throw in a some High Definition Fireworks grab a Hot Dog and it's one HDTV Holiday! I wish I could report more OTA (free) HD Sports this week but the listing were not to be found.

New to this week's listings is the Tape delay coverage of Euro 2004 Soccer Championships. InDemand PayPerView is showing the "Live" Soccer broadcast in SDTV. Rates vary with your delivery method. Then INHD is showing a High Def. tape delayed (less then 72hrs) broadcast of the soccer matches.

4:00PM FoxSNorth HD has MLBaseball, a real double header with 2 games featuring the Milwaukee Brewers at Pittsburgh Pirates. The Nightcap game begins at 7:30PM

5:00PM HDNet presents the Trans-Am Series "Live"  with their race from the same Cleveland Airport temporary road course

7:00PM ET INHD MLB: MLB: 07/02 Baltimore @ Philadelphia

2:45 PM INHD has Euro 2004 Soccer: England vs Switzerland.

4:30 PM HDNet has Champ Car World Series 200mph HD action. US Bank presents the "Grand Prix of Cleveland" this is a cool track with a long straight-away for drafting & passing.

6:00PM FoxSNorth HD has more MLBaseball featuring the Milwaukee Brewers at Pittsburgh Pirates.

8:00 PM INHD: Euro 2004 Soccer: Quarter Finals Game 3

8:30 PM HDNet LIVE! Sat., Major League Soccer: Dallas Burn @ Kansas City Wizards.

NOTE: FIREWORKS!!! 10:00 PM HDNet will show "Live" Fireworks from Kansas City after the Soccer match in 1080i HD Colors, Yeah!

9:00PM ET ShowTime Boxing brings us more Boxing action.  Former WBA Super Featherweight Champion/ WBA No. 3/IBF No. 5/ WBO No. 6/WBC No. 11 rated 130-Pound Contender Joel Casamayor vs. Former Featherweight Champion/WBO No. 12/WBA No. 13 rated 130-Pound Contender Daniel Seda. The nights early contest lists Michael Moorer vs. Eliseo Castillo  all coming from American Airlines Arena in Miami, FL

12:00 PM INHD has additional Euro 2004 Soccer: Croatia vs. France.

2004 U.S. Olympic Team Trials Broadcast Schedule (June-July) The most in-depth Olympic broadcast in history is coming August 11-29 to the  NBC Universal networks (NBC, MSNBC, CNBC, USA, Bravo, Telemundo, NBC HDTV).
