Unlicensed devices pose interference threat to DTV, says Hubbard
In comments to the Senate Commerce Committee, Hubbard Broadcasting president and CEO Robert Hubbard called proposals to allow the use of unlicensed devices on "unused" broadcast channels a threat to the public's spectrum resource.
