HDMI switch

I would like to be able to connect my HD cable box via DVI out to the HDMI in on my tv but I also have a Sony DVD player that has HDMI out. The problem is that my tv only has one HDMI input. Is there such a device that would allow me to plug both the cable box and the DVD player into the single HDMI port on my tv? In theory this seems like it could work since I would never be using the cable box and the DVD at the same time. My other option is to go component with one and HDMI with the other. If I have to choose, I'm leaning towards giving the HDMI to the cable box since I spend more time overall watching that. Any info would be appreciated.

There is an HDMI switch out there, maybe several. What I've seen is a bit pricey, but it's there.
