Phantom of the Opera - DVD

An old and aged Raoul returns to the Opera Populair to attend an auction of the remaining objects which flashes us back to the final days and the story of the phantom of the opera.

Having seen the Broadway version several times the film screenplay rarely veers off from the original and when it does it is to tie up some loose ends in the story with a couple of additional minutes at the end to send a few chills down your spine. In fact I would say that film and the possibility of set creation can certainly enhance the experience when done tastefully like it was in this movie.

A musical of love that typically draws tears regardless of gender and is Highly Recommended!
