Left voicemail and e-mail with JTS last night (sober). Pleaded with them to help me with this issue. Denise e-mailed me back this morn saying Jeff will call Mits on Mon and try to work it out. Evidentally, Mits doesn't want to pay their labor cost, or travel cost. Jeff said he is willing to help me. :D
The skies are starting to clear up :?:

Two hour's on the phone with mits today. About 20 minutes talking. Hung up on twice. Promised a call back today, never happened.
Moved around too four different people. Kept asking for supervisor, but kept getting CSR's. I asked them if they were ordinary CSR's, answer---yes.

I talked to Jeff's TV before i called Mits. Denise (Jeff's), called them yesterday to get this thing going. Talked to Walter, who said he would send the Authorization via fax again, and call her to make sure they got it. Never happened.

Mits. said that Jeff's refused to work with them. BS. I was on the phone with Denise longer than I got to talk to anyone at Mits.
Got a voicemail from Electronic Service Center (out of Baltimore) which is over 100 miles away, that mits wants them to service my tv.
This is the same company that Carla (Mits) was going to get in touch with on the 9th of Oct. For some reason they couldn't be reached at that time.

Fast foreward. Nobody seem's to know that Denise called them yesterday. Pretty sure she talked to Walter, who she said she talked to twice at this point. Said he would get back to her--blah,blah,Blah.

The last Person (John) I talked to told me that the company they were going with was ESC out of Balt. I ttold him NO!!! they are a third party that will just link me to Jeff's. I need to talk to your Super--It's 6:11 ET, so someone must be there to talk to. Hold please..

John, who I feel sorry for (probably seen this before), tell's me he will E-mail this info to his superior, and i will get a call this evening.

9:47 ET--offices closed.

Calling my lawyer!!

Wow...De Ja Vu!!!
Somewhat surprised that they have never gotten the message about how bad (or good?) their service sucks, but..they're a huge corporation and apparently just can;t seem to get the "service" in customer service........
DEMAND, don't ask politely, that they transfer you to the States in order to speak with someone with authority. If you spoke to someone who will e mail his supervisor, you're still not at the right level. Did you call that number I gave you? That's their corporate in California. Call and ask to speak to the PRESIDENT. You'll get his representative...and be nice! Let me know how it all goes.........
jeeze.............................!!!

Quick version--Spent an hour writing last post, and lost it at submit. Took me back to sign in. And if you go back, you lose everything.

Talked to mits, and they will not under any circ's let JTS look at my tv. Say's because of tech support probs.

Yada yada yada

Called Electronic Service Center an booked call for next Wed. the 29th. Nice enough people, but over 100 miles away.

Now to the good stuff--figured out the problem to the Optical Engines-------Ready---overheating.

Wow, how did I do that?

Bought a space heater combo at the wal-smart for 10 dollar's. I placed it right behind the fan for the Optical Engine, and voila--TV has been on for 5 hour's and look's great.

Something I thought about week's ago, but did not act on it--thought I'd have service by now!!!

If heat is keeping it working then your problem is not due to over heating - the opposite is taking place. Either way, I suggest you stop doing that as it could void a warranty or cause premature lamp failure... It runs plenty hot without any further assistance.

Richard, read my last post. Fan only--no heat.
