Does an ATSC RF modulator exist like we had for NTSC?

I need this same information for a different application. I have a Bluray recorder. It's meant to have a satellite or maybe a cable box connected to it. The only streaming inputs that it will allow me to send in a camera signal is via coax or maybe the lan (cat5?) inputs. Is there any gear that will allow me to convert a component or HDMI or even HDV signal and send it to the recorder? I guess I need to assign it to a channel to make the tuner be able to recognize it. I'm not sure if the lan input has the same requirement because it seems it can allow me to view and record youtube videos.
