Directv Remote

Does anyone know how to program those white D* remotes they give you with SD installations? The installer did one when he was here a while back, but I changed the TV and now need to use the TV's remote for volume and on/off.

Which brand/type of receiver?

All it says is: Directv D1O

I want to get the Directv remote to control the volume and on/off functions on the TV

If you don't have a manual for your receiver go here:

Go to page 17 and it tells you how to set up the new TV.
