SD from my HD satellite STB
I have a 55" mits with built in tuner and sometimes there are stations like lansing 23 that shows 23.1 at 720p and then 23.2 at 480i I thought maybe the 23.2 480i was at sd???? and wanted to use the hughes on an analog tv to get a better picture or eliminate ghosts-

If I understand this right you want to use your DTV tuner on a TV that is not DTV, it is an old analog...?
No problem!
Depending on the box you just hook up your composite or S-Video output to the display. For some boxes you have to switch the output to 480I to make the SD work but that turns off the HD. Some boxes have an SD/HD button you push.
