help:usb dvb-t stick do not work in Czech republic

Hi,all.

I meet an urgent problem. We are a China manufacturer for USB dvb-t stick. We have sent our clients in Czech republic some pieces of usb dvb-t stick. But our usb dvb-t stick doesn't work in Czech republic.

I have asked our clients to record the transport stream and sent to us for anlysis. And we have tried some other usb dvb-t stick. They seem unworkable too.
