In the episode, Katey Sagal sings Daddy's Girl, and Connie Stevens guest stars as a barmaid.

CCH Pounder ("The Shield") guest stars as the distraught foster mother of the slain child and Julie Hagerty ("Airplane!") portrays social worker Mariel Plummer.
