discovers the surveillance chief never made it to the islands but is
using this absence to test him. Meanwhile, Sam (Vanessa Marcil)
believes a couple from Chicago are big-time players and spares no
expense giving them the VIP treatment, while Mike (James Lesure)
becomes the good luck charm for a gambler on a hot streak. Marsha
