A fact-finding tour to the hotly disputed Gaza Strip includes Donna (Janel Moloney), Admiral Fitzwallace (guest star John Amos, "Good Times") and a few congressmen as they sort through the thicket of rival issues between the Palestinians and Israelis -- but the killing fields soon claim some of the delegation when a deadly bomb shatters their vehicle and has the President (Martin Sheen) considering targets for military action. In flashbacks, Donna is atttracted to a dashing British photojournalist (guest star Jason Isaacs) who opens her eyes to his graphic world of recording mankind's most heinous acts of violence. John Spencer, Bradley Whitford, Richard Schiff, Allison Janney, Dule Hill and Joshua Malina also star.

"Caviar Emptor"
When a wealthy caviar salesman is found dead in bed on the morning after his wedding, Detectives Briscoe (Jerry Orbach) and Green (Jesse L. Martin) turn their suspicions to the victim's young bride since they believe greed was the motive for the homicide. However, when the murder weapon is discovered in the bedroom of the victim's daughter, the detectives are left with a new suspect and reason for the crime. Sam Waterston, Elisabeth Rohm, Fred Thompson and S. Epatha Merkerson also star.

Clark (Tom Welling) decides to tell Lana (Kristin Kreuk) his secret so they can finally be together. Also, Lex (Michael Rosenbaum) panics after the FBI gives him 24 hours to turn over information on his father (John Glover) or face jail time, but help arrives from an unexpected source.
