See You In My Dreams
Aidan Quinn, Marcia Gay Harden and Will Estes star in this movie based
on autobiographical short stories from the books Cruising Paradise and
Motel Chronicles by Pulitzer Prize-winner Sam Shepard. Quinn plays
Joe, an overwrought rancher who is striving to emerge from the shadow
of his harsh upbringing and make a better life for himself and his
family. When his business ideas falter, Joe, fearing he is going to
lose his beautiful wife, Angela (Harden), to another man and set a bad
example for his son, Ben (Estes), inadvertently begins driving a wedge
between himself and the two people he loves most. Out of apprehension
that Ben's life will follow the same futile path that his has, Joe
forces him out of the house at the age of 15, breaking Angela's heart
and deepening the already growing cracks in their marriage. Years
later, with the encouragement of Ben's new wife, Ingrid (Jacinda
Barrett), and the support of Joe's loyal friend, Esteban (Cheech
Marin), Joe, Ben and Angela must decide how to bridge the gaps among
them and face the consequences of unrealized dreams.

racist delusions about the damage caused by cosmetic beauty
enhancements. Their search seems to dead-end with a drug-induced
paranoid man (Barry Del Sherman) but when the police receive an
anti-Semitic letter, Goren smells more than one possible slayer. Jamey
Sheridan and Courtney B. Vance also star.
