However, when their investigation uncovers a previous confrontation between the victim and Silva, the detectives believe the homicide to be linked to the veteran's hatred over the victim's beliefs, which he felt were anti-American. Sam Waterston, Elisabeth Rohm, Fred Thompson and S.Epatha Merkerson also star.
