To prevent the heist, Gains goes undercover as a demolitions expert to infiltrate the gang while Edwards poses inside as a mousy bank loan clerk who hands out money to needy families. Meanwhile, Detectives Harrison (Michael Biehn) and Declan (Sharif Atkins) track an escaped mob boss who is sheltered by his close-knit community -- until the cops learn that his daughter's 18th birthday is a landmark occasion that is sure to lure their elusive quarry. Cary-Hiroyuki Tagawa, Aya Sumika and Peter Navy Tuiasosopo also star.
