tortuous trail seems to lead to an imprisoned mobster who is due for parole. But when a
key suspect linked to all the slayings turns up facedown in the river, the cops have to
think outside the box to unravel the tangled web and that also could involve a crooked
ex-cop (guest star Terry Serpico). Jamey Sheridan and Courtney B. Vance also star.

(guest star Mitchah Williams) while representing the city in a civil suit against a
munitions firm. In addition, Riley (Matt Craven) is overtasked as he tries to run the
pro-bono law office without Jack and Brit (Frances Fisher) has words of warning for
