To their surprise, they are brought together as teammates on a hit reality television show entitled "The Challenge." If the girls can work together, put aside their differences and hide their romances from the show's producers, they could win the grand prize — college scholarships.

Meanwhile, Mary (Nikki Cox) takes seriously a hotel psychic Anton's (guest star Ken Marino) warning, that an audience member at his next performance will die. Elsewhere, Delinda (Molly Sims) begins her new job at Carinthia restaurant, while Sam (Vanessa Marcil) plays the watchful match maker for a lonely lady. James Lesure also stars.

However, new DNA evidence in the rape case reveals that one of the police detectives (guest star Mike Starr) might have forced a confession from the teens who were convicted years before.
