Meanwhile, Eugene and Jimmy defend a woman who, fed up, shot a neighborhood drug dealer in cold blood, and Ellenor and Jamie take on the case of Brad Stanfield (Chris O'Donnell), a man who stands accused of murdering his pregnant wife.

When Lucas sees the wealth that was denied him, he finally confronts his mother (Moira Kelly) about why she let Dan (Paul Johansson) ignore them. Meanwhile, when Nathan's mom (guest star, Barbara Alyn Woods) returns home to find a very angry son, she turns to Karen for advice.

Hilarie Burton, Sophia Bush and Craig Sheffer also star. David Carson directed the episode written by Mark Perry.

Bright's (Chris Pratt) poor grades get him kicked off the football team, threatening the scholarship his father believes may be his only chance to get into a decent school. Meanwhile, Andy tries to help a cheerleader (guest star Kristen Bell) with ruptured breast implants, who cares more about looking good than her own health.
