Needless to say OTA HDTV was omitted from the article. The DTV TV ads saturate the airwaves with change to digital info; maybe some viewers simply bought a new HDTV set, connected an antenna and are content with the current HDTV programming. The fact that they have not made arrangements with either a satellite or a cable provider is really no surprise.
