well then I'm glad I went with Samsung....I like the 2D-3D conversion. It is obviously not as dramatic as real 3D programming, but it does add a very nice viewing option, especially for sports and movies. I also enjoyed the online shopping competition rather than being forced to accept the pricing of the few retailers within 80 miles of here.
Kudos to Panasonic though for taking the extra effort to ensure the in-store displays are done properly. The way some of the retailers botched the Samsung setups I think went a long way toward creating all the 3D negativity; I'm glad the first time I saw the Samsung c7000 it was in a higher end store that had it set up correctly, and I have been very happy with mine ever since.
