Good News: HDTV May Be Coming Your Way!
On July 22, the Senate Commerce Committee approved the Satellite Home Viewer Extension and Rural Consumer Access to Digital Television Act of 2004, a bill introduced by Senators John Ensign (R-NV), John McCain (R-AZ), and Ted Stevens
(R-AK). This is good news for consumers across the nation and brings the country one step closer to widespread availability of digital television.

The bill includes a
