Looking for into about WHP-DT. Can't receive it in Elizabethtown, yet I can receive WHTM-DT and WIFT-DT which are both at the approx. same transmitter site as WHP-DT. No signal whatsoever on this end for WHP-DT. Are these guys running a few mW?
