How do I remove myself from your mailing list? nor

How do I remove myself from your mailing list? normally there is an opportunity to delist.

Check the bottom of any email we send. Either click "unsubscribe" to remove yourself from that list or click "Edit Profile" to edit your list of subscriptions.
