Since I have signed up this afternoon, I get error messages that I have not subscribed (email to prove it) and now I log on an it says it's refreshing my schedule. It's been 15 minutes now! and counting

My apologies. We are experiencing some difficulties with our expanded data feed from Tribune. I am running several scenarios now to determine why it is failing, and I have run it manually to populate the data.
