I have owned the 900....it was so quirky and cumbersome....I gave it away and bought the 700. It is great....simple to set up and works perfectly with everything including my Plasma tv, Directv HD DVR, Samsung Blu-ray with streaming Netflix etc and my 1980's Pioneer Laser disc player.
