Samsung: SIR-T160 Closed captioning/digital audio problem

One odd think I have noticed with Some Samsung (160) receivers is that the
Optical (Dolby Digital) output will drop out intermittently if Closed
Captioning is turned on. The Analog stereo outputs are not effected.
