None are so blind...I LOVE IT!
Having worked for the CATV industry, some years ago, I can't help but LOVE the irony of their own arrogance! I cut mine 15 years ago, got basic Dish & an antenna. Been happy as a clam ever since! "No mater where you go... there you are." - Buckaroo Bonzai
The logical move is to put up an antenna, add in video streaming from Netflix (something Redbox is also about to offer) for a flat monthly rate, and supplement both with selected network TV offerings on Hulu.
I have seen this trend in the field from a handful of customers. This has been a serious discussion in my house for over a year. Fortunately for cable (sat) there are a handful of shows we really like and there is no way to see them otherwise. Nonetheless, mentally we have pushed the cable company right over the ledge, thinking about giving them that last shove and they are hanging on by their finger nails due to those handful of shows. If the price goes up one more time or we can let go... they will be out! Mastertech Repair Corporation
