Media Bureau Announces Comment and Reply Comment Dates for the Third DTV Periodic Review NPRM.
On July 9, 2007, the Third DTV Periodic Review NPRM was published in the Federal Register. Accordingly, comments must be filed on or before August 8, 2007 and reply comments must be filed on or before August 23, 2007. Commenters should follow the filing instructions provided in paragraphs 132 to 137 of the Third DTV Periodic Review NPRM. The Third DTV Periodic Review NPRM is also available on the Commission's website.
