"Who's Your Daddy?"
Kate (Alicia Silverstone) decides to take on a pro bono case against the advice of her father Jerry (Ryan O'Neal), when Aaron (J.P. Pitoc), a struggling musician, seeks their help in determining the paternity of his ex-girlfriend Marla's (Amanda Forman) child after spotting her pushing a baby stroller less than a year after their break-up. Meanwhile, a recently single Kate becomes angry with Laurel (Melissa Errico) after she finds out that Laurel has been dating Michael (David Conrad) "the dreamy architect" and David (Johann Urb), the local peach vendor, simultaneously. On top of all that, Kate is devastated when she receives a visit from long time friends Peter (Matt Champagne) and Gabby (Fay Masterson) who want her to handle their divorce. Kate has doubts about taking on the job, but when Jerry assigns a cynical Nick (James Roday) to assist her, Kate is thrilled with the outcome. Lake Bell and Jodi Long also star.

Fresh out of his 28-day stint in rehab, DDA McNorrisÓ (Neal McDonough) returns to the prosecutorÓs office is rocky as he finds himself playing second fiddle to a colleague in the case against accused cop killer and thief Sabrina Fithian (guest star Rebecca De Mornay, "Identity"). However, when the defense attorney manipulates Detective PierceÓs (Vanessa Williams) testimony pointed to police corruption, McNorris must find a way to win a conviction. The arrival of his father, Mac McNorris (Golden Globe winner Stacy Keach), adds further family tension to a pressured McNorris. Donnie Wahlberg, Mykelti Williamson, Jason Gedrick, Gary Basaraba and Lana Parrilla also star.

Meanwhile, Keith learns the importance of rules while babysitting Bobby (B.J. Mitchell).

It's My Son, I Can Raise Him If I Want To
When Joe (John Amos) and Flo (Roz Ryan) criticize Anthony's (Anthony Anderson) parenting skills and his leniency with Tuga (Damani Roberts), Anthony announces that he no longer wants their help. After a taste of life without the support of his family, however, Anthony realizes that Tuga needs a father more than he needs a buddy, and the family comes to terms on how they can raise Tuga together.
Aimee Garcia also stars. James Widdoes directed the episode written by Devon Shepard.

Former British secret agent Harry Palmer now runs a private investigation company in Russia. He gets a job to locate and recover a consignment of stolen plutonium. Along the way he must deal with the violent Russian Mafia, and also find a woman who has been kidnapped.
